    位置方便，房間舒適，最值得讚賞是服務員態度，因本人行程安排有誤，須要縮短到東京時間趕及上機，服務員都盡心為我找尋方法，最後一個熟悉交通運輸英文又了得的職員為我解開難題，將車程縮短一半，真是萬分感謝。

    I have stayed here three times.... I clearly like this Hotel!Its well located close to the JR line and a perfect location to be based whilst exploring the many splendors of northern Nagano prefecture. There are I am sure cheaper Hotels in town but this one

    Very happy to recommend this Hotel, there are cheaper around in Nagano I am sure but the rooms, the service, the meals are all very good, take the buffet breakfast option would be my advise.. fill up for the day on Western and/or Japanese breakfast.
