大致上服務都良好，扣一顆星是因為我們有大行李箱，搭接駁車的時候司機不會打開遊覽車下面行李艙，你必須自己搬上車而且司機完全不會幫忙，只會坐著看你很努力地搬。如果要去住建議絕對不要帶大行李箱！

The best Japaniese style hotel I ‘ve ever stayed. They offer the yummy food and excellent hot spot. The room we stayed is perfect, modern, and superb comfortable. And the most perfect part is that the hotel staff are all nice and kind. Excellent hotel!!!

The hotel itself is old. The bed is too small and hard plus the comforter is also too small. If it is truly a four star hotel (especially a ryokan hotel, it didn't provide the usual japanese style socks. In general, we were a bit disappointed.

A little bit old but generally it is great hotel. Food , onsen & service are excellent. Shuttle bus is convenient from station to reach the hotel. Hope to stay in here again.

Quite scenic location beautiful . Food outstanding if one favors Japanese..I am Caucasian and used to Japanese food. Inexperienced folks may have issues I highly recommend the hotel , it is well worth the $

Place needs some renovation inside and outside. Tables in the dining hall had partly joints. Can hear the train that runs directly behind the hotel.

This hotel is overpriced, old fashioned, poor amenities in room, breakfast and dinner buffet that never changes. Ok, the view of Matsushima Bay is beautiful, but big disappointment anyway.

Convenient to travel to Matsushima. The hotel provides shuttle bus to train station. Good food for both breakfast and dinner with variety type. A bit crowded as there are lot of tourist group stay there but overall is good.

Compared to several other ryokans I have stayed at, the welcome was a bit cool. Breakfast buffet was good. Japanese dinner and service on first night were perfect, on second night more ordinary. We had a nice Japanese room. The view of the bay from our roo
