該飯店的空間寬敞、環境清潔舒適，距離車站也不遠，最重要的是收費相對的低廉(一房兩張床收費7990 日圓)，我們同行的6個人，都覺得很滿意，建議大家如有前往新宿的可以選住該飯店，真的很不錯的喲!

車站距離酒店步行需時十五至二十分鐘以上，夏天又推着行李的話極為辛苦，房間較舊了。

I got a quieter room on my second stay, but the location is really a problem. You can't walk to Shinjuku station from here in 15 minutes (w/o any luggage).

The location is much farther than I expected. The room is decent but isn't quite soundproof. You can here people's talking in the adjacent room. Everything else is above average. Didn't dine in the hotel.

建議各位在挑選飯店時絕對不要遷就選擇可吸煙的房間,一整晚都像在吸菸室裡面睡覺,對不抽煙的人會是一場惡夢！但除此之外,服務料理以及交通便利性都算ok,以他提供的價格來說.

这家旅馆总体不错，可以上网，还有挺不错的免费自助早餐。 唯一不便的就是离新宿站稍远了一点。 总的来说，我觉得性价比满高的。

It's a little tricky to find the entrance, but once you know where it is, it's a great friendly little hotel. Close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Offices if you want to go up to the viewing deck and enjoy the the view, and near to the Park Hyatt if you want to

The staff were really nice and helped me call other ryokans that I was going to stay at to ask about access to their location. They also kept my heavy luggage whilst I was away. Definitely worth every yen! The location is a bit far from the station though.

It's a very long way to walk from JR Shinjuku station, but still a good location because we'd like to go to Tokyo Metro Govt Bldg on the next day. The room was very spacious in spite of its price. Recommended for budget traveler.

Front desk staff was not very friendly. Room service accidently took child's toy in bedsheets. It was never returned.
