The dinner and breakfast buffet is wonderful. All the seafood is fresh and delicious. The public hot spring bath made me relaxed and refreshed. The staff are very friendly. The nearby sightseeing is so charming. Will definitely come back.

Overall very good and worth its price. Been to three different onsen in the Hokkaido , and this was the most impressive one. Service was great , staff was very friendly , the staff spoke the most fluent English. They had pillow gallery thats very thoughtf

有電郵提醒，預約私人室外風呂，必須要珍惜，預早預約, 一試難忘！ 住宿三天，日日都係和式定食，但日日不同，菜色豐富，非常美味，份量亦足夠， 發育中兩名兒子(13、15歲)都食得好飽。 會回頭！

傳統日式温泉旅館的膳食一般都很有特色，而且帶私人風呂的房間一般也會安排包廂用餐，但這家是採用自助餐形式有點失望，但食物種類也還算多，味道也不錯，只是略欠特色。 交通方面，酒店機場的專車只到下午5點半，香港直飛的班機是5點半到，連出機場是趕不上班車的，需要自行安排交通，有點不方便。而且5點半也算比較早，建議酒店可以考慮多加開一班稍為晚一點點以方便旅客。
