Excellent facilities and service. Japanese dinner and breakfast were of very high quality. The Kosso Lounge of the hotel provides a very relaxing meeting place for guests as well as free coffee, juice and Japanese wine.

是一間古色古香的溫泉酒店, 入住安排非常好, 不用等待大久。職員的服務也很好, 友善。雖然風呂不錯, 但沒有說明水溫與療效, 而需要付費的溫泉職員沒有介紹, 也不清楚是不是已經被預約滿了。

迎接我們的服務女性很棒，會說中文也很親切，房內風呂和照片不同，有些失望，但公共風呂非常棒室外可以欣賞楓葉且泡湯完後還可坐在附設的咖啡廳邊欣賞風景邊喝贈送的一杯飲品，非常愜意舒適，男女分別使用的大澡堂每日會交換讓旅客觀賞不同的風景，很貼心。飯店內一切設施都非常乾淨舒適，家具及氣氛也很特別，我很喜歡。 選擇的早晚餐為懷石料理，沒有想像中的豪華，份量也不多，不過用餐環境優美，上菜速度也很合宜。 有機會絕對會再入住，非常推薦！

The water tap of The onsen in the room is not working well. I have to wait for a whole hour for hot water. I was bathing in the warm water. Not hot spring, very disappointing. Hope to got it improved

Great place to stay with fabulous onsen. Close to Sapporo, only 30-60 mins by free shuttle bus. Great view and nice room. Meals provided are incredible! Highly recommend to stay here.
