晚餐超棒的，但是服務態度…”
船程的位置非常方便。豐盛的晚餐吃不完！ 但在接待和設施方面希望改進。 1. 將房間鑰匙忘在室內，鎖上門。在用汽車換行李後才發現，向早餐準備中的廚房人員打擾了您，但是”請求開鎖，結果被問道幾號房間？”。開鎖需要60秒，在說謝謝您”後，卻聽到真煩人…”的抱怨。接待方面需要改進。 2. 離開島嶼時去取存放的行李，即使我們說謝謝您”，也沒有任何回應。 3. 洗臉盆的把手（冷熱水）。老式圓形把手上，不用力擰緊就會漏水。每次開關都很費力。希望更換。 4. 窗戶的窗扇老舊，一半都不能動。希望安裝紗窗。

房間很寬敞，視野也很好”
距離港口非常近，交通很方便。房間是兩間相連的和室，非常寬敞，被褥等也很乾淨。如果硬要說的話，酒店內的設施有些舊式，不過考慮到地理位置，也無可奈何。酒店內的餐飲，海鮮料理性價比高，味道很好。

Nice place to stay in Oki island, the room wa spacious, the restaurant attached to the hotel was good. Unfortunately the staff did not speak English and kept running away to avoid us !

Great location opposite the ferry wharf. Traditional Japanese room with enclosed balcony looking directly on to the bay. Dinner bed and breakfast package highly recommended. Oki Islands is a great place to unwind after the crowded cities of Japan.

The Oki Hotel is perfectly situated in the port of Beppu on the island of Nishinoshima. The hotel is a short walk from the ferry terminal which makes it great for island hoping back and forth. The staff were very welcoming and allowed us to use their washi
