good access from JR Matsuyama Station, but far from main tourist attraction or restaurants. 3 combinis are near the hotel Nice business hotel room with TV, LAN, fridge.

The only bad point was a smoke smell in the room. Beside that, everything was fine. Very good location near the station and incredible service! The staff was very kind and helped me many times, including a phone call for me to the tourism office.

older hotel, smoker lobby, no smoking room was not possible, no complimentary breakfast, internet access, can be reached within 5 min. from train station. not value for price compared with others we booked.
