從JR松本站可以免費乘坐接送巴士來館(發車時間：15:15、16:30/所需時間30分鐘)。
從松本城乘車來館約30分鐘車程，從美原野外博物館來館約40分鐘車程，從松本機場來館約1小時車程。
您可以在公共休息室內讀書放鬆，可另行付費在Aroma芳香室內享受美容服務。也可租借自行車到附近遊覽。酒店併設禮品店，提供當地的特產禮品。
晚餐提供酒店自家烹製的傳統會席料理。早餐提供日式料理或西式料理。早、晚餐均在餐廳用餐。

Beautiful scenery and nice onsen Food was great but wish the staff could be more attentive. The toilet light was broken and it took awhile for them to fix it. With the high price, they could have done a better job in room room maintenance
