Service is very good. The staffs are very well mannered. We traveled with 3 kids, 1 is an energetic 2 years old. Our kids might be a bit too loud and active but the staffs have been very kind and tolerant with them. Food is very tasty. Bath is really good.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff and owners were very gracious and kind!! I highly recommend staying here!! The Onsen is wonderful. Could not ask for more!! Deffinately will be coming back!!!

In room open air bath was fantastic. The room appointments were very high quality and the service by staff was excellent. Access was by an easy local bus connection almost at the door of the hotel.
