Great experience of Japanese hospitality. Very nice rooms with river views. Excellent food and sake. James is a lovely and great host. I definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed two pleasant nights. I've stayed at other ryokans, and I must say that I enjoyed their dinners the most. The staff is courteous, helpful, and genuinely warm. If you go to Mastue, stay at Ohashikan. Thanks, James!

We had an amazing time in this Riokan. We had a room well cleaned with a beautiful view on the river. Their is also a really nice hot springs/bath in this Riokan. We choose it at the beginning because it was really well situated in about 5 minutes by

“最棒了！”
這家老牌旅館位於宍道湖旁，地理位置絕佳。從觀光船上也能看到，晝夜的風景各有特色，非常享受。據介紹，酒店剛剛在3月份裝修過，所以房間非常乾淨且易於使用。房間內完全沒有任何階梯，燈光等也可以用語音控制，感覺到了對通用設計的考慮。房間的小物件也很現代，很時尚。早餐的蜆湯真是美味極了。我在欣賞宍道湖的美景的同時享用美食，感到非常幸福。如果有機會，我還想再來。我也強烈推薦給大家。
