位於世界遺產高野山寺院內的宿坊，同時也是供奉徳川家族的菩提寺。供奉德川家族的歷代將軍、御三家等的菩提，也可以參觀德川將軍家的牌位等。本館在2015年12月重新裝修過，因應時代的需求，新增了無障礙空間的設計。請您在歷史悠久的寺院內，度過一段清心靜氣的時光。
・本住宿設施為宿坊(寺院客房)。
※「宿坊」是指提供給佛教僧侶居住或信眾留宿的住宿設施，如今也接受一般民眾入住。
宿坊與佛教寺院併設，工作人員及寺院僧侶都會接待住宿客人。
・預約附餐方案的客人，可在宿坊內享用精進料理(日式素齋)。
※精進料理源自佛教禁止殺生的戒律，僅使用蔬菜、豆類等植物類食材所烹製成的料理。
・住宿於本宿坊，您可體驗以下活動：
・抄經體驗：抄寫佛教經文。
・阿字觀體驗：凝視梵文「阿」字並且冥想的一種修行。
・參觀德川家歷代將軍牌位：參觀江戶幕府時期掌政日本的德川家歷代將軍牌位。牌位是寫有逝去者姓名的木片，在佛教信仰裡，牌位代表逝去者，非常受到生者的重視與愛護。

My stay with head-monk Kyosay (I'm likely spelling it incorrectly), his family and staff at Rengein was the highlight of my trip to Japan. It was the perfect conclusion to my travels- the monastery is quiet, their hospitality traditional and uniquely Japan
