No complaints about this hotel. The rooms were clean and pleasant. The breakfast was sufficient. The staff were helpful. While I cannot confirm they speak English or not, there is plenty of information printed in English so a guest who does not speak Japan

We paid double the price for a empty hotel and Japanican website said last rooms. Hotel was shocked. In future please call the hotel in japan and book yourself if possible as most travel sites are taking advantage of travelers. Hotel is good but it is dyin

The hotel was a bit older so the room was a little bit smelly an the interior was used but ok. So the prize was ok. The personal was so very nice. Th elocation at the street was not so nice but there was a grosery store close - we got everything we needed.
