The room is fine. The food should have been OK, but there's not much soup in the menu. Only Udon and miso soup. Only one jacuzzi, and the swimming pool is small and too crowded to be enjoyed. Unfortunately, they rejected my payment of using the JTB N

Shocked that they charged $16 to use the swimming pool. I only wanted to swim 30 minutes a day. We have stayed in many lovely hotels with nicer pools that never charge. As a platinum elite bonvoy member, we were unpleasantly surprised by this.

It's quite crowded and queue long line during breakfast time. The food path is blocked for people queue for omelet always which impact the quality of breakfast provided.
