For family from Taiwan, service is very good and give us the feeing of home. When we were enjoying the onsen, it was snowing.

Excellent room environment and service. She offer private room for dinning even in breakfast. Small out-door onsen pool but nice environment....but quite expensive.

非常不错的温泉旅馆，室内风吕很舒适，一边泡温泉一边看山看星星，餐饮也不错但还有待加强。另外非常感谢酒店帮忙寄送遗落在房间内的物品

Good onsen; provide free shuttle bus from Shin Hanamaki & Hanamaki to and back the onsen hotel; really good service (especially Front Manager concierge Mr.Tohru Nozaki) really helpful and attentive; great kaiseki dinner.

Location is OK near the train station, service is OK. But the hotel is old, food is so so. So... don't have very high expectation.
