The service was excellent. Especially the lady at the front desk, she is so helpful. She also gave us heat pads twice when we were leaving to tour around, really thoughtful. The hotel also provide free shuttle to the train station. Hotel guest also enj

We loved our stay at Nikko Tokanso: lovely hosts, very generous. Futon were the best I've slept on, and the food was superb! We visited in winter, which is not prime tourist season in Nikko, but we still had a wonderful time!!

Interesting hotel - check about a shuttle bus from the station, although the World Heritage bus stops very close and is cheap. The food was very good, but the hotel needs a bit of work - just paint and freshening up, but it would turn this from okay to gr

客房隔音不是很好，讓人嚇一跳，雖離東照宮很近，但那附近本身是個山坡，到神橋站要爬上爬下一段，餐食以那價位來說算還不錯
