Great experience of Japanese hospitality. Very nice rooms with river views. Excellent food and sake. James is a lovely and great host. I definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed two pleasant nights. I've stayed at other ryokans, and I must say that I enjoyed their dinners the most. The staff is courteous, helpful, and genuinely warm. If you go to Mastue, stay at Ohashikan. Thanks, James!

We had an amazing time in this Riokan. We had a room well cleaned with a beautiful view on the river. Their is also a really nice hot springs/bath in this Riokan. We choose it at the beginning because it was really well situated in about 5 minutes by

这家位于神慈湖畔的老字号旅馆位置极佳。从观光船上可以看到，白天和夜晚的景色各不相同，令人心旷神怡。据介绍，房间刚装修到 3 月份，非常干净，使用起来也很方便。房间里根本没有台阶，灯光等也是声控的，似乎考虑到了通用设计。房间里的配饰也很现代时尚。早餐的shijimi蛤蜊汤非常棒。我们在享用美味佳肴的同时，还能欣赏到窗外宍道湖的美景。如果有机会，我想再次入住这家酒店。我一定会向大家推荐这家酒店。
