Got ungraded to room with onsen , Staff is very good in english. Food was and service both excellent . The special garden landscape is very beautiful, must come back again.

Very nice place to stay for one or two days. Friendly atmosphere quiet environment. Really tasty Japanese cuisine served.

This is my third Ryokan experience and by far the best. The Hotel is 30 min on Taxi from Train Station and 20 from tourist sites. But don't let that deter you. The hotel is more beautiful than what the pictures show. Lots of attention to detail all over. T

The room was good, clean and tidy with some snacks provided. Guest service was excellent, they introduced the room and facilities thoroughly. Outdoor Japanese garden decoration was beautiful Traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast was delicious. Hot
