房間非常乾淨舒適，員工態度非常有禮，環境優美，料理可為客人度身訂造而且賣相非常精緻而且美味，連器皿也非常用心挑選，有機會一定會再來，而且會推薦朋友來，不過如果浴衣可以挑選其他款式會更好！

這裡環境真的很好，這次入住的是附室外露天溫泉的房間，和式佈置，相當整潔，很舒適。 剛巧入住那天箱根下起雪來，在房中一面用膳、一面欣賞雪景，美呆了！由於房中也設有另一個室內溫泉，所以先在室內的浸一回，再到露天的,就是在當時只有零度的氣溫，感覺也很好！在雪下與伴侶一起享受露天溫泉，真的感覺很美妙！ 另外他們的服務也很細心體貼。料理的量是足夠而見心思，味道也中上吧！ 個人認為，這樣的服務、環境，絕對對得起這個價格，有機會，我們一定再次到訪呢！

整體一流。但女伴對部份海鮮有敏感症狀，所以早已透過本網站職員及直接電郵至該酒店集團的電郵，叮囑有特別要求。怎料兩餐仍有此類食物存在，扣了一點分數。其它則沒有問題，甚至加分！

Absolutely stunning ryokan overlooking a mystical gorge. Hospitality is some of the best I've ever experienced and the in-room meals are delicious. Hakone Ginyu is totally worth the trip!

The room and the service is excellent . Everything is perfect except that the decoration is kinda mixture of original Japanese style and tropical touch such as elephant sculpture?? Which made me confused though it was beautiful and relaxing.

1층月에 묵었는데 객실은 넓고 객실에 딸린온천탕도 세식구가 이용하기 크기며 모양이며 다 좋았다. 5층에 있는 대욕탕도 내가 갔을때는 아무도 없어서 좋았고 산을 바라보며 온천하는 기분이 좋았다.다만 가이세키며 아침식사가 우리 입맛에는 썩 맞지 않았다.밍밍하다 못해 느끼하였고 양이 너무 많아 먹기 힘들었다.우리끼리 하는 말로 차라리 간단히 우동한그릇 먹는게 더 낫겠다라고 할 정도로 식사는 만족하기 힘들었다.
