湖畔飯店，超夢幻美景就在窗前，很推薦~

服務態度有待加強，晚餐ㄧ定要吃飯店的，附近的餐廳16:00就關門，飯店環境不錯

餐點跟景觀都超級好，有機會的話會再入住。

We checked into the hotel and when we found out the there were lake side rooms we asked to change the rooms. The clerk told us that all the rooms were booked. However we told him that we had booked the rooms more than 2 months ahead and insisted on the change. Finally we asked to see the manager who then indicated to us that the lake side rooms will cost more. The point was that they should have told us that instead of just saying "full". The manager's attitude was very poor, very unusual for a Japanese.

The view of the hotel room was amazing, facing the lake. You can actually sit at the window and read a book. I did not ask for wifi as I did not know they have. However, I think that one should retreat there and not use Wifi. I forgot my hp charger and ask for a iphone 5 charger and it was available. The TV do have cable for some movie channels.

Dinner was fine dining with a appetiser, soup, main course, desert and a tea/cofffee with a nice night light view. Food was generally good. The staff will take effort in explaining the dish in English!

Breakfast was a buffet type with a fusion of western (scrambled egg, sausage, pasta, ham, bread, salads etc) and Japanese ( with rice, porridge, with Japanese pickles, fish, and other dishes). There are apple juices, coffee, tea and milk. Desert like fruit, yogurt.
