For groups consisting only of minors 15 to 18 years old, please have your parents sign a consent form. Please submit the consent form to the front desk staff at check-in.
Bookings for groups consisting only of minors junior high school age and younger are not accepted.
*Required for all staying guests.
*Considered as junior high school age after graduating from junior high school until Mar. 31 of the same year.

- To Guests with Allergies:
As meals are mainly served in a buffet style, various menus are prepared in the same kitchen with the same cooking utensils, and there is a possibility that allergens may be mixed in trace amounts during the processing and cooking of food.
In addition, due to the nature of a buffet-style meal, there is sharing of items such as serving chopsticks and tongs, and washing of dishes, etc. is done in the same area with the same washing equipment, so it is not possible to completely prevent allergen contamination.
Please be aware that for this reason, the following requests cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

- Requests for ingredient lists of dishes for dinner and breakfast
