This lodging is an exclusive facility for reserved staying guests.
The guestrooms, hot springs, etc. cannot be used by non-staying guests.
If non-staying guests are found to have been coming/going, they will be dealt with in accordance to the lodgings rules (accommodation agreement).
The shop is available to non-staying guests for 1-day use.

Due to seismic retrofitting work, all of the lodging's Nonokaze Club guestrooms will not be available from Apr. 1, 2021 (Thu.). The date for resumption of accommodation is yet to be determined.
The work schedule is subject to change.
The Spa Resort Building will operate as normal. For details and the latest status, please contact the lodging.

[Notice of Temporary Closure of Open-air Bath Due to Maintenance
The open-air bath will be temporarily closed for maintenance during the period and time specified below.

Maintenance Period: May 11, 2025 (Sun.) - May 17, 2025 (Sat.)
Work Scope: Maintenance due to open-air bath tile replacement
The both the men's and women's indoor large communal baths will be usable as normal from 15:00.
*The Showa-no-Yu (bath) located on the 2nd floor will be available for use as usual.
*Please be informed that there will be periods when the open-air bath is unavailable, as maintenance will be carried out on each side separately on different dates.
[Example] If the men's open-air bath is under maintenance on the day of check-in, it will become available for use after cleaning is conducted between 02:30 ~ 04:00 (am).
*Please note that the actual time the bath becomes available may vary slightly depending on the maintenance conditions.
*Please be aware that the maintenance schedule may be postponed due to weather conditions or other factors.
