For stays from Mar. 31, 2024, the Child D rate will apply to children 1 year of age and older.

Check-in time is 15:00, but luggage can be dropped off at the hotel at any time.
8 minutes on foot from JR Kinosaki Onsen Station, or use the local shuttle bus.
The shuttle bus will be waiting in front of the station around the same time that limited express trains arrive, so tell the bus driver that you are going to "Yamamotoya".

The standard time to begin dinner is 18:00, and the final time to begin dinner is 18:30.
Please understand that dinner cannot be served to guests arriving any later.
The limited express train departing Kyoto at 15:25 and Osaka at 15:11 (Shin-Osaka at 15:05) will arrive at Kinosaki Onsen Station at 17:56. Guests who do not take this train or an earlier train will arrive too late to eat dinner at the hotel, so please take care when planning your schedule. Also, all 7 of Kinosaki's public bath houses can be visited on foot, so checking in by 17:00 will allow guests to experience even more of Kinosaki.
