Guest Guidelines
As this hotel is located in the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route (a national park with a special environment), there are several guidelines that guests must follow. Please confirm and follow the following.

[Smoking in the hotel]
All guestrooms are non-smoking. For guests that wish to smoke, please smoke in the following designated smoking areas.

[Guests arriving by car]
In order to protect the environment of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, private vehicles cannot pass through the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route between Tateyama Station and Ogizawa Station. If arriving by car, please use one of the following methods.

[Arriving from Tateyama, Toyama Prefecture]
Stop at Tateyama Station and use the public transportation system (Tateyama Cable Car) in Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.
[Arriving from Shinano-Omachi, Nagano Prefecture]
Park at Ogizawa Station and use the public transportation system (Kanden Tunnel Electric Bus) in Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.

*There are parking lots at Tateyama Station and Ogizawa Station.
*Please use public transportation available within the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.
*Once operation of public transportation within the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route ends, you will not be able to reach the hotel. When arriving, please make sure to check the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route schedule.

[Shipping Luggage to the Hotel via Express Delivery Service]

As the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is outside of the delivery area, luggage cannot be sent directly to the hotel. At Midagahara Hotel, it is possible to check guest luggage in advance at the hotel office. Please use the following for luggage shipping.

*However, when shipping during the snow season (Apr. - Nov.), it will take more time than normal (dates cannot be designated).
[Baggage Transport from Midagahara Hotel to Tateyama]
The following day, guests staying at Hotel Tateyama are provided luggage transport service. Please check these at the hotel front desk by 10:00 (arrives in the evening).

*During periods of inclement weather, the service may be canceled.
