[Notice of Power Outage due to Required Electrical Inspection]
Due to a required electrical inspection during the following hours, there will be a lodging-wide power outage, and all facilities will not be usable.
Guests on consecutive-night stays will also not be able to stay in the room or hotel during the following hours.
Sept. 4, 2024 (Wed.) 11:00 - 18:00 (scheduled)
Check-in for staying guests and restaurant operation will start from 18:00, while the Spa hot spring facility will be usable from 21:00.
All body care and aesthetic establishments will be closed all day.

*Please note that the shuttle bus service between Urayasu Station and the hotel will be suspended from June 14, 2024, to June 16, 2024. During this period, customers who wish to use the shuttle bus service are kindly asked to use the shuttle bus between Maihama Station and the hotel instead.


*Notice on Spa Usage Restrictions for Children Under 3 Years Old in the Main Building 4th Floor
Starting from 11:00 AM on April 1, 2024, children under the age of 3 and those who are not yet potty-trained will not be allowed to use the changing rooms and large communal baths in the spa located on the 4th floor of the main building.
