We had a two beds room, comfortable and quite. Excellent location, services, clean and nice bathroom; staff are very helpful.

Need to sort out parking with hotel staff if that is used. Otherwise you will be charged very expensive rates at exit.

Location great, room size acceptable. This is my third times visited Hotel Gracery, a bit disappointed above the room cleanliness, felt dusty even have room cleaning service daily.

room design is bad, waste the space to put many unusable furniture, eg. tea table, long sofa. you can even have space to put your luggage.

2nd time to stay at this hotel. Good location for shopping & easy to go everywhere in Tokyo.

Room was small but bathroom was comfortably sized. Service was exceptional with attentive and friendly staff. Location is a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station with luggage but easy without, a straight line walking to the giant Godzilla head. Hotel is in t

Since there were no information we can input during our booking, the room was arranged on the lowest floor next to the Godzilla. Every morning at 9AM to night time would periodically make some noise. Luckily we didn't stay in the hotel much at this period.

The room is very small, cant even open my luggage. The bed is very comfortable, not too hard not too soft. Staffs are friendly and can speak fluent English. The best part of this accommodation is they got a comparatively big bathroom with a bathing tub!

The pillows are awful. I had to use the small cushion because the pillows were so bad. The bathroom has a constant and very strong musty smell. I believe there is bad mould under the rubber floor and you have a problem of continuous damp. There is nowher

Hotel Graceey was a perfect haven of peace and comfort amongst the excitement and activity of Shinjuku. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. I loved Godzilla too.

Easy access to the central transportation, the hotel is very new and the bathroom was really good compare to other typical japanese hotel rooms. It was great staying here!

Excellent location, small but extremely well designed rooms, good amenities (toiletries, tea, etc), and good service (though restaurant recommendations were underwhelming).
