This is an old guesthouse in one of the wonderful Gokayama villages. A very kind lady prepares a meal for several guests and there is a shared bathroom. It is a special experience to stay in one of these old houses and everything is clean and orderly.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Choyomon, we experienced a wonderfully warm and friendly host in a very original house. She prepared delicious meals for us, good portions and very original traditional dishes, our daughter got some special dishes she loved.

世界遺産の合掌集落にある合掌造りの民宿です。 観光だけなら日帰りでも十分可能ですが、実際に合掌造りの宿に泊まるといい思い出になるかと思います。 宿の方が大変気さくで、合掌集落の生活や文化などのお話をして下さいました。 囲炉裏の前で食事をして、囲炉裏で焼いた岩魚を食べました。 豆炭あんかを用意して下さったので布団が暖かったです。 なかなか滅多に出来ない楽しい経験のできる宿でした。

我們住有三百五十年歷史的合掌屋的主臥房，舒適、乾淨、雅緻。 寒冷的冬天，客廳有燃燒的炭火，房間有電暖爐，更令人驚喜的是被窩裡有個暖腳的被爐(kotatsu)。 最感動的是，我們吃素，女主人為我們做了純素的天然蔬食定食，美味可口。 在這裡我們體驗了傳統的家居生活，雖然語言不通，但是藉著語言翻譯器，我們愉快的簡單溝通，留下了非常開心和美好的回憶。 相倉的民宿都在村子裡，離最近的相倉口巴士站，約有五、六分鐘步程，如果能預先聯絡好，有車子接駁會更好。
