[Notice of Noise due to New Chitose Airport Construction]
Facility improvement work will be carried out at the boarding bridge on the hotel's runway side.
As such, work vehicle lights and noise may also be noticeable in the hotel.

Hours: 24:00 - 04:00


[Notice of Nighttime Power Outage]
Due to equipment inspection at the New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal Building, there will be a nighttime power outage as follows.
During the power outage, please be aware of the following important points.

- Electrical equipment cannot be used. (TV, fridge, air conditioner, etc.)
- Please be sure to shut down your PC ahead of time.
- Please make any wake-up call requests to the front desk staff.
- Please be aware that toilets also cannot be used during the power outage.

- Sept. 28, 2026 (Mon.), brief power outage between 24:30 – 28:00 *Affects guests staying on Sept. 28 (Mon.)
- Nov. 25, 2026 (Wed.), long power outage between 24:30 – 28:00 (1-1.5 hours) *Affects guests staying on Nov. 25 (Wed.)


[Notice of Elevator Work]
To improve lodging elevator safety and comfort, renovation work will be carried out during the following period.
During the work period, as only 1 elevator will be operational, please note that it may take time for the elevator to arrive.
When moving about, please leave plenty of time to spare.
There are also stairs near the hotel's central elevator.

[Notice of New Chitose Airport Onsen Closed Days due to Bathing Equipment Replacement Work]
The New Chitose Airport Onsen, which is available free of charge as a perk for staying guests, will be closed all day during the following period for required equipment inspection.
