Lovely breakfast with really nice strawberry yam which I love the most, handmade tofu and organic salad. Good location but may be difficult when go with a big luggage on the rough walkway. Poor signal wifi.

The location is so good. Easy access for both JR and Osaka subway. The room is big and clean. Hotel staff can speak some English that very helpful.

Initially I was a little apprehensive to book this hotel due to its location in Shin-Osaka, I'm glad I ignored that fact. It is about 200m from the station and easily accessible by foot. Even though it is adjacent to the railway line and under the fligh

Hotel staff is very helpful and can speak some English. Breakfast is good, gets you through the morning. Had a good stay. Will stay in this hotel if we come this way again.

I can read japanese and I do not appreciate too much the announcement, written in japanese only, that everything in the bathroom beeing built in Japan, it can be used safely.

The hotel is near station though not noisy; sound insulation is good. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Room has free bottle water provided. Room size is rather small (Japanese typical) but clean and tidy. Breakfast is inexpensive with the choice of Ja

Very close to the Shin-Osaka station yet quiet.(There are two buildings. We got the no-lobby one). Reasonable room rate.

Single room does not look modern but made up by being of good size. Not too far from JR Shin-Osaka station as well as Subway Midosuji Line. Friendly staff who can communicate fairly well in English.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area! The hotel provided us with discounted transportation for our day in Kyoto and with transportation/admission tickets for the Aquarium.

不是很好的體驗 訂了別館三間房間，員工check in 己雞手鴨腳，原來别館有兩座大樓，不同房型在不同大樓 每次外出要在本館存放鎖匙本不是問題，但一開始check in員工就沒有說清楚，而我跟朋友是各自外出的，朋友忘了存鎖匙，員工會嚴苛地責怪我 預約了行李機場寄送服務,但員工英語很差，說極都不明白，很差的嘴臉，最後用google translate總是解决了
