No hot springs/bath. Breakfast is very good for the price 1200 yen per person. Room rate on weekday is reasonable. Room rate on Saturday night is more than 2 x. We stayed 5 nights. Distance to train and subway station is walkable - about 400m.

First disappointment in Japan (fortunately it was the last night and only for few hours). Double rooms were small but mainly dirty (moquette, furniture). Really expensive for the quality of the room. The only advantage was to be close to the train station.
