Please note that the final time for dinner is 7:00PM. Please use studless tires or tire chains during the winter (from the middle of November). Contact the hotel regarding children that do not need meals or bedding. Iroha-zaka Slope gets traffic jams during the autumn season when the leaves turn red. We advise arriving at the hotel early during this time. Toll roads are closed between the end of December and the end of April.

If you want to learn about Japanese culture, this is the place to come. The staff would do anything to make your stay more comfortable, and were very patient with our limited Japanese. The food was unbelievably good, so varied and beautifully presented.

Excelence! Nice scenic view and surroundings. The hotel staffs are very friendly. We were greeted with snow in April and definitely will come again to see flowers blossom in May-June.
