This is the official hotel of the Fuji-Q Highland amusement park and is located right next to the park itself. Guests here can enjoy an array of perks including the following:

Updated lobby, convenient location for bus, nice views. Room not updated and pricey overall. Extensive breakfast buffet but average quality. The best features are the onsen and easy/early access to Fuji-Q.

The room we stayed at was really pretty, clean and tidy. The staff in the hotel were also very friendly and helpful to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Nice room with Mont Fuji View. Diner a bit expensive especially for a family group, outside diner is a bit far away. Public bath nice, access to Luna park a plus for teenagers.

It's great, the spa's nice too. The room's quite small for such an expensive price though. Overall's recommended for couple who want to go to FujiQ Highland.

Had a park view room..great to check out the best rides to jump on the next day! Service is typical Japanese great-always waiting to greet you at the door. Also most staff spoke a fair amount of English. Onsen was fabulous...really felt like a proper Japan

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! Very spacious japanese styled rooms, huge bathroom. Wonderful service! Great discounted tickets to park and the Onsen was a fabulous experience for us Westerners! Thank you! Would definately recommend!!

A really good place to stay if you want to go to Fuji-Q Highland. Good rooms, shower, bed, food. Access via train is good however the trip is approximately 3 hours from Tokyo, over a couple of trains.

此行中性价比最低的酒店，价格很贵，周边吃东西要走出去一段，不太方便。酒店内的餐饮相对贵。温泉需要走很长一段路，而且是几个酒店共享，如果酒店不含温泉那需要自己再付钱。房间内正对游乐园，晚上开到较晚，有点吵。房间内的烧水壶很少一个，勺子叉子也没有。体验不太好的酒店。性价比不高。

去富士急乐园玩， 这里是附近唯一的酒店， 10层的行政房，正对富士山， 可惜云雾缭绕， 天气好的时候应该是不错的景致， 前台的服务水平只能说一般。 比不上其他的东京酒店。 酒店的那个一层日餐厅不错， 早上的自助早餐只能说一般般了。

从新宿有直接到酒店的班车，非常方便！酒店的设施很好，入住期间都可以提前入园，就在乐园的边上，很方便！酒店的公共温泉也很棒，是按传统的日式浴室的工艺制造的全木结构，泡完温泉，在出口处可以买冰牛奶喝。酒店的后院有个黑白小狗（不知道名字）的主题小镇，布置得很漂亮。周边吃东西也算方便，步行10分钟的路程里有很多选择。

比较坑爹，房间特别小，交通不方便，我们从御殿场坐车了一个多小时的车，然后车停在与酒店相隔1.4公里的地方，走过去的，还走路逆行了一段高速路，非常不方便，酒店里的富士急巴士是有固定时间段的，而且都是跑长途的，去河口湖等附近的地方就不方便了
