I highly recommend this Ryokan. Clean, professional hospitality, traditional atmosphere, having open air hot springs and private hot springs (reservation needed), everything was exactly what I liked. Very close to the bus stop from Nagano, and it's on the way to go to the Snow Monkey Park. If you'd like to try a nice Japanese Ryokan, it's worth a try!
