The twin room we had was very big, spacious and comfortable.
The outdoor onsen is a bit small.
Some staff can communicate in English and all are helpful.
The food offered for dinner and breakfast is good.
Overall, the hotel meet our expectations and we are happy with what we got.

I had a very wonderful solo stay here at Zao Kokusai. Upon reaching Zao Bus Terminal, a phonecall to the hotel and they came by to pick me up instantly. Although most of the staff spoke very little English, their warmth and sincerity communicates eloquently. I felt very well taken care of. My room in thr south building has a gorgeous view of the mountain foliage and the ropeway trail. The onsen spa was milky sulphuric. Food at dinner was kaiseki course served at the restaurant. Each course utilised local ingredients, cooked beautifully. I really enjoyed the food even though I barely understood the menu. Saw many guests enjoying the stone grilled beef, I shall certainly order that if I return jn future. Hotel location is up on a hilly path, abit far from bus terminal, but very near to Zao Ropeway.

Good for ski in and out. Room is suit for family with children. Dinner is quite good but breakfast is moderate. Need to improve for room services.

食物質素一般，房間質素也一般，合旅行團或一家大小去，最好的只有溫泉，但因為太多人，又有小孩叫聲，所以不是太舒服，對有要求的是不適合。

雖然說飯店名稱有國際，但服務人員的英文能力不佳，這點是需要改進的。
男湯女湯在某些時間會調換，所以有機會兩個都泡到，室內的溫泉牆壁有縫，一直有風灌進來，泡得時候很冷。室外溫泉有一邊如果站起來的時候能看到對面的旅館窗戶，感覺有點令人不安。
選擇比較貴的餐食方案，但覺得非常不值得，只有加價的和牛壽喜燒還可以外，其他的餐點都很普通，飯煮得黏黏糊糊的實在是非常的令人失望。
飯店位於一個坡上面，務必要搭飯店的接駁車(雖然說時間很爛，中午搭車上去居然還無法check-in)，否則自己拖行李走上那個斜坡會累死，但是晚上要去個便利商店或名產店走路就真的有點遠又有點累。

地點非常適合滑雪愛好者使用
公共露天風呂氣氛極佳
整體在藏王地區算是極好的水準了
