가격대비 그럭저럭 나쁘지 않은 수준입니다. 일단 위치적으로 지하철 타기 좋기도 하구요. 객실은 그렇게 넓지는 않지만 좁은 것도 아닙니다. 개인 샤워실이 약간 좁긴 하지만 불편할 정도까지는 아닙니다.

Good location. It’s around 8 mins from JR Okachimachi Station. If the hotel invest to build a ramp slope for heavy luggage and wheelchairs, it will be excellent.

When I made a reservation, there was no choice for me to choose smoking or non-smoking room. When I arrived, there was no vacant non-smoking room. I had to stay in smoking room for 2 nights, which was terrible. The front desk clerk had no intention to help

The room was too small for 2 persons but the hotel is close with both JR and subway. With the reasonable price, this hotel is the best choice. I will come back and stay there again.

Very helpful staff. It was a little hard to find, but I think that was my fault! If you're using the school as a landmark, make sure you're looking at the right school on your map. It's quite close to Ueno Okachimachi station.

Although the rooms were on the small side, the beds were really comfortable and basic amenities were provided for. It's about a 10 minute walk from the main subway line and about 2 minutes from Yushima subway station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

After dark was hard to find despite a friendly local and policeman helping us however in the morning it was so obvious we had been walking around in circles. Ueno is a beautiful location to explore.
