혼자 지내기에 편리했습니다. 역에서 가깝고, 욕실내 물도 잘 나오고, 실내수영장도 있어서 잘 이용하고 갑니다.(수영장 이용시 이용료를 추가로 납부해야 하는걸 알고 가서 큰 불만은 없었습니다.) 식사는 제공받지 않아서 잘 모르겠습니다.

이스트 타워 싱글룸은 가능하면 가지 마시기 바랍니다. 최악이였습니다. 특히 담배냄새와 좁은 공간에 통풍까지 안되서 재떨이 속의 하룻밤이였습니다.

Big western style hotel and western room. No hot bath available in the building. Location very convenient. Room was ok, maybe a little old but clean and confortable. All amenities available nearby and very close to Shinagawa station.

Clerk was good enough to put my 1 night and 3 nights together to 4 nights in the same room. Did not have to move rooms ! too bad tho, had to stay in a small room with 3 people for the 4 nights there.

Hotel's location is so great. There are many restaurants,convenient stores and supermarket around the hotel which is so convenient. The room is clean and the view at night is gorgeous!

The room is size is OK, looks very old but clean. The service at the lobby including front desk is not that good, found only one is very helpful. The lobby of the Annex tower is on another building 7th floor, Have to change elevator every time but located

Stayed at the main tower for three nights. Our twin sharing room was spacious with comfortable beds. Location was ideal for us to commute to various locations with multiple lines at Shinagawa Station. Unfortunately, I hurt my toe and broke my toe nail whil

pros: great friendly stuff, location is very good, next to keikyu line to Haneda airport and shopping area cons: big line up for check-in since is a big hotel, rooms are expected small; however, the walls literally as if someone drew on them looks bad
