We visited August 6 and August 11. On Aug 6 we booked a city view and for our last night in Tokyo, a tower view. Both rooms were essentially the same (queen bed) with the exception of the view. The rooms were comfortable & clean; there were many items

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. It is not very close to the Shimbashi Station as stated on website. Part of the walk to the station is outdoor so bring an umbrella on rainy days. Cabby does get confused this hotel with Royal Park Shiodome. F

Great service and beautiful hotel. A fairly new hotel (6 years old) so everything had a new feel. Also the view was great since the rooms are located in the higher floors of the tower (30th floor). Overall a great hotel.

Almost everystaff can speak english and quite friendly. Especially one staff from Concerige, Mr. Kyaw Lwin Latt is very helpful. Excellent view of Tokyo city.

以前宿泊した他のお客さんが書かれた「宿泊者アンケート」が机の引き出しから出てきました。しかも日付が１０月のものでした。（私が宿泊したのは２月）そのお客さんの個人情報もばっちり書かれてしたし、そのような大事なものを４ヶ月も放置していたなんて本当に腹立たしい。本当ならばこのようなホテルに一円も出したくない気分だった

東京タワーが真正面で、景色はもちろんとてもキレイでオシャレなお部屋で感激！タワーと東京の夜景を満喫でき、大変満足でした！何十回と東京のいろいろなホテルに宿泊してきましたが、コストパフォーマンス面でも間違いなくＮｏ．１のホテルですね。 一つ要望とすれば、フロント階からコンビニへの行き方がわかりにくかったので、案内板などあればいいなと思いました。
