The bathroom could have been cleaned better. The cleanliness is below Japanese & Marriott standards. Mildew not cleaned. The hotel won't credit any Marriott Rewards points to your Marriott Rewards account if booked through JAPANiCAN.

nice modern biz class hotel. 10 mins walk to Ginza main shopping street. good size room and bath ,amenities, good bed. buffet breakfast and dinner was good. With Marriot membership ( can sign-on upon checkin) , get meal discounts , free wifi in rooms. Ai

Annual family holiday this year was Tokyo for 5d4n at Marriott Ginza. Concierge service is excellent: booked rest reservations, travel tickets, directions given clearly. Bfast and high tea was disappointing. However, dinner at basement was good.

Excellent location and very good quality for money. Close to several JR stations and metro and minutes away from kabuki theater and main streets from Ginza. Would highly recommend it

stayed there for almost a week and breakfast buffet same dishes everyday, only the "today's soup" change like once in several days. concierge was super helpful, you can ask her anything around Tokyo and she will give a very satisfaction answer

Very reasonable rates for a high-end hotel. Clean, well-appointed, and quiet, in spite of a location right in the Ginza district. Most staff seem to speak English well, and the bellhops are particularly eager to please.

Quite expensive but it's worth. Breakfast is good. Near the subway station with the lift. Also it's very convenient to go shopping just walk 3-5 mins. There are lots of restaurants around. There is also a convenient store "lawson" nearby.

訂的是3人入住的Twin room，加床無額外收費，而且加床不是普通的折疊床，是一張單人木床，親身睡過很舒適，不遜於同房大床。總體來說，東京的酒店房間一般都是偏小，我們住了3人，大家打開行李箱都需要遷就一下，這家酒店也有同樣情況。這酒店房間雖小(26平方)，但設計比較新穎和時尚，有很多鏡子增加室間感，每層都有製冰室，方便拿冰送可樂，很貼心的設計。淋浴的花灑出水力度很好，有助舒解一天的疲勞。酒店整體上位置方便來往上野、淺草、秋葉原和東京駅，交通尚算方便。從地鐵站到酒店的話，即離Tokyo Metro日比谷(H

最近東京での宿泊はここと決めています。立地、駐車場、サービス及び部屋の装備等個人的には申し分なく満足です。今回疲れたのでリームサービスで夕食をとったのですが、思いのほか早く頂け美味しかったです。あと朝食の和定食はいつも通り変わりなく美味しかったです。また今後も利用させて頂く予定です。ありがとうございました。

宿泊時フロントでの対応、部屋の設備、立地等どれをとっても不便なくとても感じの良いものでした。朝食は「銀座むらき」さんでいつも頂くのですが、ごく普通な朝の和定食なのですが、ほっこりと感じさせて頂きいつも美味しく頂いています。また食べに来たいと思わせるものです。次回もまた宿泊利用させて頂く予定です。ありがとうございました。

特别喜欢的一家酒店。第一，酒店位置很好，紧邻银座商业区，吃和逛都很适合。第二，房间够大，并且装修较新，风格也很时尚。第三，交通较为便利，尤其是有直达机场的利木津巴士，对于购物爱好者是一个巨大的福音。只是地铁站和JR新桥站稍远，需要走10分钟。第四，酒店服务很好，蜜月赠礼也很给力，送了早餐和夜宵糕点、水果及饮料。第五，性价比很高。

房间保留日本特色：小，但干净，睡袍有日本特色，拍照挺好看的。不错的是早餐，符合万豪的标准，好吃。房间的WIFI入住时说要收费的，如果有万豪会员就免费。
