Service was superb. We are impressed. They focused on every detail so we felt warm like home. Outdoor baths were exotic. It is good that they provide shuttle service to another outdoor hot spring, which was great. Don't miss it. Food was excellent.

The outdoor bath did not look much like their pictures, tad more run down. Good thing is ryokan guests were allowed free access (and trabnsport) to this wonderful outdoor bath at their sister hotel, Yamano Hotel.

Overall a wonderful experience at the Onsen. The staff are always friendly, approachable and ready to help. I reckon they don't receive many foreign guests hence there is a lack of english-speaking staff. They do however, have a few staff from China so it

酒店四面環山, 風景幽美, 酒店內整潔, 亦很有日本古式風格, 不論接待員, 介紹房間設備服務員, 餐廳服務員都十分有禮, 當他們知道有巴士到達, 他們已一早在酒店門外等待準備接待你, 在大堂check in時, 端上準備好的濕紙巾, 小食及茶給你慢用, 我有享用他們2人用私人露天風呂, 環境很好, 很整潔; 最後要讚賞的是, 因為我和同行的都是素食者, 在預訂時說明需要安排素食的晚餐及早餐, 是意想不要他們安排的食物非常豐富及當地特式, 份量亦很十足, 如再來這區, 必定再次入住這酒店!!

Hot water supply in the bathroom was unstable to an extent that one can be hurt by sudden flux of hot water. This is unacceptable.

Very nice hotel in Okhuhida, very close to Shinhokata Ropeway. if we have a chance we will definitely visit again. But quite and difficult to find restaurant there except in hotel which very expensive per head. I be there during New year holiday dinner set
