We booked non-smoking rooms. After checking in, we found that the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. However, the stay was not pleasant because cigarette smells kept bothering us almost all the time. We tried to ask the hotel staff to fix the problem

The room is big compared to Japanese standard but the room is not so clean. There were some food dropped on the blanket and the curtain which was, of course, not ours. Compared to the price we had to pay, it is quite expensive.

the location is good walking distance from Osaka station. The staff is unacceptable!!! They do not speak languages!!!! How can they Work for a hotel???? The room is small and smells disgustingly, good for a short night sleep not more, and also very noisy

在新大阪站附近但不太好找，櫃台服務不太靈光，已線上訂房並付款竟找不到紀錄，需出示列印紙本才順利入住，且較多團體入住，晚上同樓層的韓國團客竟敞開房門聊天大笑，較吵雜。

The hotel is very near to Shin Osaka station. it is not in a shopping area, quite silent, and there are many restaurants near to the hotel which is about 5 mins by walking. The hotel staff was nice, room was clean and tidy.

Very good location, it is about 40mins to Kyoto and 25 mins to Kobe. There is no shopping around the hotel but many restaurants within 5 mins by walking. The room is clean and tidy. And it is also very convenient to go to the shopping area, like Shinsaibas

“체크인 대응”
체크인 시 직원이 불친절함 여행지원으로 신청했는데 쿠폰을 주지 않음. こちらから申告して確認した上でクーポンを貰うが謝罪も何も無し。 체크아웃 시에도 키박스에 카드를 넣어도 아무런 인사도 없다. 서비스업으로서 어떻게 된 거죠?
