our stay is excellent. the rooms are wide compared to japanese regular hotels. There's extra bed without any additional charge. Very convenient to subway if you want to go around osaka city. Near to Kintetsu Mall and other shops. Will recommend to friends

Good value, spacious room. Easy to find hotel, located near train station and shopping centre. Location a bit far from tanimachi-kyu chome station, which is about a 10 minute walk which may be difficult with luggage or wheelchair.

交通方便，飯店外吃飯也方便。客房內以這星級及價位，確實還有很多進步空間。例如，洗手檯有部份發黴未清潔，天花板消防灑水頭發白黴，床頭桌下居然有電纜線外漏。第三天發現掉在地上的面紙經飯店清潔後，還是在原地。我們想測試看看，天啊…到第五天經飯店清潔完後，還在原地。清潔人員在走到遇見，也沒打招呼。另外，飯店內客房還有分等級，所以訂購時要再三確認，因為我們住的一舊式的老客房翻修的感覺，非現代式的客房。

這次活動範圍為心齋橋-難波-日本橋-天王寺站.還有來回神戶.環球影城.剛好住次飯店都很方便(最多只需轉車一次),來回關西機場也有直達巴士.非常便利.不用拖著重重的行李上下地鐵站;房間寬敞度.乾淨度跟床鋪舒適度都很高.只是房間是面對大馬路.隔音有點不夠好.下次如果再到大阪.在入住這間飯店的機率很高.

酒店附近很多食店，有些如吉野家、松屋是24小時，可以去食消夜。交通還不錯，地下鐵最近是谷町九丁目，近鐵是上本町，JR最近是鶴橋。酒店員工英文水平不錯，很貼心的服務，雖然冷氣機壞掉但立刻派人來修，凌晨12時不至於換房。乾淨、整齊、房間也不太小放上三張床也不覺得太小，也沒有如其他評語說的太舊。下次如再到大阪還是會選SHERATON!

“결혼기념일”
직원분들의 응대가 너무 좋아서 일상의 피로를 풀고 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 레스토랑 디너도 한 접시 한 접시가 너무 예쁘고, 의외의 재료 조합으로도 이렇게 맛있게 만들 수 있구나 하는 생각이 들게 하는 요리도 있었다. 수영장도 수차례 수질검사를 하고 있어 안심하고 수영을 할 수 있었습니다. 또 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.
