Room is small, but equipped well. Breakfast is wonderful. Family owned hot spring is very nice for relaxing after busy touring day.

Room is clean, staff are very smile and friendly even they sometimes does not know English but they are willing to do their best to assist you. food ( breakfast and complimentary noodle at night) is tasty. Public bath is great.

Complimentary shuttle to Osaka Station area every morning (one way only). Comfortable bed and pillow. Need english translation for AC remote control in the room. Great experience. Will stay here again.

The hot springs are wonderful, and the room has a good size. However, a negative point is that their offer for 'internet connection' is not adapted for foreign travellers: only cable networks and you need to buy an adapter yourself; wifi is only for Softba

Room was clean but smelt of cigarette smoke even though it was meant to be a non-smoking room. Complimentary evening ramen was on offer but we didn't try it. Hotel also has free Onsen (Japanese spa)for all guests.

酒店附近有地鐵，步行3分鐘就到，但地鐵沒有升降機，去酒店時帶著行李比較不方便，在酒店 check out時有免費接駁巴士搭到 JR大阪站。由於酒店比較細，早餐比起其他的 dormy inn 食物及飲品款式較少，令人有點失望。酒店附近較多商業大廈，沒有很多購物的地方，只有24小時超市及便利店，下次再到大阪未必會再住這區。

都好，就公共浴場管理太差！連泊三晚，有二天有團体，在風呂區高聲談話，洗臉枱枱面、地板濺的到處都是水，沖澡區人多要排時竟取湯池水，坐在地上洗澡！

服務很棒 具有日本人細膩的精神 房間也很乾淨 在日本飯店來說 算是比較寬敞的 最重要的是風呂很棒 可以紓解旅行後的疲憊 唯一美中不足的是 在房間的WI-FI收訊不太穩 有點可惜

如果不是很熟悉地图稍微有些不好找，但其实距离天满宫车站步行也就5分钟左右，温泉在顶楼，有户外的风吕，正巧住的时候大阪在下雨，晚上微凉的小雨泡在池子里很惬意。晚上过了9点有夜宵提供。
