셔틀이 새벽부터 있어서 좋았습니다. 5시 40분셔틀이 있어서 8시비행기타는데에 큰 문제가 없었습니다. 방은 일본치고는 큽니다. 시설은 그럭저럭 문안한 호텔입니다.

인터넷 검색중 나리타 주변에서 무료셔틀버스 이용 공항까지 이동시간 20분 미만의 정보로 선택하게 된 호텔이었지만 솔직히 방의 크기와 샤워실등이 생각한것보다 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았다. 공항쪽 방이였기에 비행기의 이룩장면을 볼수있는것도 좋은 점이였다. 하지만 공항근처이기에 방의 방음시설덕분에 소음은 없었지만 약간의 진동이 느껴지는 단점이있었다. 불쾌감이들정고는 아니지만 민감한사람에겐 불편할것같다. 그부분 이외는 전체적으로 넓고 편한 인상을 받았다.

Room was as expected, the only real downside is the very average soundproofing that allows you to hear everybody from the corridor chatting, particularly when they are a bit loud (which is bound to happen quite a bit in such foreigner oriented hotel).

Unfortunately, we found a strand of hair on our toilet seat. That just made everything in the room feel disgusting. However, we did like the fact that they had a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport, and also to Narita Station and Aeon Mall/Do

Perfect for those with a layover in Japan. The staff were very helpful. We had an issue with the airconditioning in our room and the hotel staff helped us very quickly with another room. Free airport shuttle bus and access to aeon mall was handy.

The room was clean and good enough for short stay for a couple. The biggest problem of the hotel was no heating control of the room. Thus it was extremely hot. The only means for controlling the temperature is to open the window and letting the cold air in

Perfect hotel close to the airport. Perfect if you arrive late in the evening at Narita or have to catch a flight early in the morning because there is shuttle bus very often. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed, even a supermarket!

The attitude of the receptionist was terrible. They had no patience and the service was not helpful at all!! Even a order for taxi could kill them?! I'm really disappointed!! Also, the room was dirty. The toilet wasn't even flashed!! I don't recommend this

이른 비행기를 타기 위해 밤 늦게 체크인했어요. 가격대비 깔끔한 곳이라고 생각합니다. 다만 수영장시설이 오후5시부터 밤11시까지라서 아이들이 많이 아쉬워했습니다.
