Location can't be beat- directly across from the train station! Very clean and very compact. Service was excellent at check in and efficient in the breakfast area.

It is a great hotel, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. Front desk staff was very helpful. And the best is the location. I could see the hotel from the Kyoto Train Station which was very assuring for elderly travelers like my wife and I.

First of all, location is amazing! Right in front of busy and accessible Kyoto Sta. Reception and staff are all very friendly. Rooms are very neat and eco friendly. Bed and room sizes are very good! The only average thing about it is the small menu off

The only real redeeming quality of our stay is the hotel location directly across from JR Kyoto station on the Shinkansen side. The Economy Queen room cannot be recommended for two people, and barely for one, as it is so small that the person sleeping on
