We stayed a second time at this hotel after a few days of travel to Hiroshima. The second stay was in smoking rooms on the 15th floor. The view was fabulous but as a non-smoker the rooms were very smelly. I was unable to find a non-smoking room availabl

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We spoke no Japanese and had no trouble getting settled in. The rooms were beautiful and we had a good view. I couldn't find a way to request a non-smoking room on-line but they were able to switch us to non-smok

This hotel is shabby and old. The furniture in the room was tattered and the wallpaper and carpet were stained and dirty. The room was stifling hot and the cooling system did not work. We had a terrible restless night's sleep after riding for 76 km. Very d
