자동차가 없으면 절대 갈 수 없는 위치에 있는 것이 단점이나 직원들이 매우 친절하고 객실상태도 나쁘지 않음 식사나 온천은 일본온천의 평균수준으로 가격대비 나쁘지 않은듯

이브스키역에서 다른 기차를 갈아타고 2정거장을 가서 미야가하마역에서 하차 후 걸어갈 수 도 있지만 기찻길을 따라가다보면 호텔가는 길을 찾기가 쉽지 않습니다. 꼭 예약해서 픽업해서 가면 금방갑니다. 겨울에 가니까 썰렁하긴 했지만 바다가 보이는 호텔방과 온천이 조용하고 좋았습니다. 그리고 체크인하고 이브스키에서 할 수 있는 모래스파를 예약하니까 장소까지 픽업을 해주셔서 좋았습니다.

Propably the best place to stay in the area thiugh it is still two stations away from Ibusuki. If you call the hotel in advance, it will pick you up at the nearest train statiion. Walking from the station take about 10 minutes, if you find the right way to

A bit disappointed for the room. Didn't clean up the dustbin inside toilet. Dust cover the TV cabinet etc........Service up to standard. Food OK. Will try another one for the next visit to Ibusuki.

Stayed in Japanese-style room for 2 nites. Room's space is enough for 4. However, the quality of food is poor. Regretted booking for 2 nights on weekends. Both days the meal are exactly the same poor selection and quality. A big disappointment really.

Simple spa but sufficient to make the whole experience pleasant. The service was most fantastic, free shuttle to the hot sand bath. Room is a little inconvenient but still comfortable.

Everything is ok but the location is not good at all. We should more than half an hour to find it! The staffs are generally friendly and helpful. One mor thing, the outside onsen is surprisingly small!

Everything is good but just the out-side hot spring is too small, and also separate with the in-side hot spring in different floor, a little inconvenient. But it’s also fine. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful.

服務非常好，因為對蝦敏感準備其他的晚餐同早餐，有露天風呂和5樓的温泉，有車接送去宮浜車站，想浸砂浴可以接送，但有指定時間接送。
