Clean room, excellent service. Bed is hard (typical for Japanese room). Plenty of parking available, bathroom is good, nice small refrigerator, good view from balcony. Not luxurious, but very clean and an outstanding value for the price.

Lovely hotel. Our room was surprisingly spacious with lots of cupboards, luggage could be stowed away. Very helpful staff. Small kitchenette had hotplate. Great RC heating & cooling. Very quiet in the evening, nice balcony. Really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is good value. Decor is a little aged and it is a 20-30 minute walk to Lake Kawaguchi, but all in all, we were satisfied with the value versus the clean, tidy and well presented rooms.
