The hotel was beautiful and absolutely delightful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji. Dinner and the breakfast buffet were both delicious and included a large variety of different foods. The onsen was lovely.

This is a beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast and the staff was very helpful. It is not within walking distance of restaurants. There is the shuttle and is on a bus line .

We loved our stay at Fuji-View Hotel! Location and room were beautiful and spacious; breakfast was delicious with many, many selections; hot spring bath was very clean and well-maintained. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel. Our Japanese-style room was very spacious, clean and calm. It was a great experience waking up while looking at Mt. Fuji. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with lots of vegeterian options.

Jap style room was great, but a little cold so it will be perfect if a heater can be switched on in the room. I did not visit the hot springs as baby was not cooperative. Food was fantastic, 2 different jap dinners for each night. Breakfast was the sam

Good service, comfortable and the room is spacious. The scenery outside our room window is beautiful. Pity that it was raining during our stay, Mt. Fuji was basically covered with fog, thus we didn't manage to see it. Next time I guess.

Beautiful view on fuji Yama from room, location a bit far from Kanazawa city center, the shuttle bus is only at 3 times in the morning, and a taxi costs around 1300 yen to get the center. Hot bath are very nice with their own hot spring, and very clean. Go

The fact that we had a Fuji view room and we got to see Fujisan was awesome, the room was spacious and well appointed, the grounds superb. The only critisim would be that an earlier shuttle bus to the station would be better.We had an awesome time.

Very beautiful hotel, one side exposed to the Fuji and the other one exposed to the Kawaguchi Lake. Ambiance like in the 50's... Not so easy to access if you do not come from Tokyo, take an expensive bus and the hotel shuttle pick you up at the Kawaguchi-k

地點有點遠，必須要坐的士出入，從河口湖站到酒店大概15-20分鐘，的士費忘記了。 附近十分安靜，基本上晚上沒有聽到過任何嘈音。 和式房間蠻大的，五臟俱全，就是浴間較侷促，感覺是沒有通風系統的。 不過應該是日本大部分酒店的浴間都是這樣?! 這次住的3個不同的酒店的浴間都是這麼小和空氣不流通。 房間非常整潔，所有酒店內的工作人員的態度都非常友好。 住的是3棲山景房，景觀是看到富士山山腰到山頂，小失望的是當天天氣不太好，霧很大，沒有看見富士山山頂。
