호수뷰의 객실 배정이 좋았고. 객실내에 탕과 료칸의 대욕장도 최고였습니다. 직원 서비스도 좋았어요. 저녁석식코스는 한국인 입맛엔 조금 안맞을 수도 있을것 같아요. 조식은 생선등을 직접 구워먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

정말정말 좋습니다. 미리 연락하지 않아도 역에서 기다리는 셔틀과 호텔객실까지 가이드해주고 이것저것 친절히 알려주는 서비스는 정말로 좋은 인상을 주었습니다. 객실 내 히노끼탕과 부가적인 호텔의 시설들또한 아름답고 훌륭했습니다. 유명한 조식은 말할 것도 없구요.

As advertised. Like most of Japan room feels dated and needs refreshing. But shuttle from the subway was very useful and prompt, the in-room hot tubs were great, the breakfast buffet of Japanese food was good and the view of the lake was great.

綠水亭有許多房型有配備房內的露天風呂，萬葉算最高價的，位於一樓，僅有三間，缺點是如欲享受琵琶湖美景，需要稍微注意湖畔旁路人的視線，另外建議於飯店內就穿著飯店的浴衣，一早的烤魚很新鮮很好吃，穿著浴衣就可避免燒烤味染上衣物。
