Good location next to ski slope. Outdoor onsen is nice but not hot enough. Karaoke is not available but was advertised in website.

他の某ホテルのプリキュアルームよりプリキュア感が凄かったです。子供達も衣装を借りては返し、借りては返しと数着着れて大満足だったようでした。 受付の人も愛想が良く、色々と対応下さり、私個人は大変良かったと思いました。 マイナス点をあげるとしたら、偶々かもしれませんが、冷蔵庫の製氷部分に前の人が作ったであろう氷が残ってしまっていたこと、料理の品数が少ないように感じた（ＨＰの写真を見た限り立派だったので…）ことと全体的に味付けが濃かった（特に朝食）ことです。 子供専用のビュッフェとかがあると子連れには嬉しいかなって思いました。あと、自由に使える製氷機も別で設けて頂けると嬉しいです。 また機会があれば泊まりに行きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

出張でお世話になりました。幼稚園の団体さんと一緒でしたが、特に気になる事はありませんでした。逆に癒やされました！？またお世話になりたいと思います。

“Just right for a family vacation.”
We stayed here for skiing, and it was great that the ski slopes were right in front of the hotel and ski rentals were available on the first floor of the same building. The train station and stores where you can get food and other necessities are within walking distance, although it is a bit of a walk. The open-air bath was spacious. The only regret I have is that the WiFi signal was not good, and it was sometimes difficult to get a connection from the room. We stayed with no meal plan and had to get our meals from outside, but we were thankful that there was a microwave oven near the room. It was interesting that the bath mat in the room had the "Toei" logo on it.
