We stayed here for skiing, and it was great that the ski slopes were right in front of the hotel and ski rentals were available on the first floor of the same building. The train station and stores where you can get food and other necessities are within walking distance, although it is a bit of a walk. The open-air bath was spacious. The only regret I have is that the WiFi signal was not good, and it was sometimes difficult to get a connection from the room. We stayed with no meal plan and had to get our meals from outside, but we were thankful that there was a microwave oven near the room. It was interesting that the bath mat in the room had the "Toei" logo on it.

Not a luxury hotel but fantastic and extremely helpful staff, great onsen (cascade of hot water in the outside bath). The food is great value and very good, it is all Japanese, but there is so much quantity that if you don't like something,it doesn't reall

Good location next to ski slope. Outdoor onsen is nice but not hot enough. Karaoke is not available but was advertised in website.

出張でお世話になりました。幼稚園の団体さんと一緒でしたが、特に気になる事はありませんでした。逆に癒やされました！？またお世話になりたいと思います。

お風呂がとても満足でした。下の子はまだ小さいのですが、レストランの方が親切にしていただきました。出張では宿泊したことがありましたが、家族旅行でもオッケーでした。
