This hotel is located in the center of the hot spring town just outside the West Exit of JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station. The quiet, natural landscape offers great views. The hotel added the "Kiri-no-Yu" hot springs to its facilities, which has been very popular with guests.

This was my first time staying here. I was worried that it might be too old before I went, but the Japanese-style rooms, which had not been renewed, were nice and clean. The tatami mats are creaky, but... lol First of all, all the staff we met were very nice and kind to our children. The service was great, with gifts of handheld fireworks for the kids, shaved ice, coffee, and a drink after the hot water. All the meals were delicious and varied, and the whole family enjoyed them. I have stayed at many hotels and ryokans, and I think this service and hospitality is excellent for the price. I would like to come back to this inn again.

I stayed two nights this time and was able to spend a relaxing time. I was informed that the scrubbing service by the "Got Hand" had resumed, so I used the scrubbing and lymphatic massage for the first time this time. It was very good. My skin felt smooth as if it had peeled off and my body felt lighter. I would like to use it again. I also enjoyed various meals such as hot pot today, Chinese today, etc. depending on the day. Of course, I can't miss my favorite sushi, rice balls and tempura every time. For lunch on the middle day, I had udon sukiyaki, which I had been curious about near the hotel, and was always too full to eat, so I was very satisfied with my stay. When I asked for a trash can to put plastic bags for slippers in at the rock bath, they immediately installed one, thank you very much. It is wonderful that you listen to your guests and quickly respond to what can be done immediately. I really bow down to you. I will visit again. Thank you very much for your help.

We are always pleased with the service we receive and the relaxing atmosphere. The free amazake (Japanese sweet sake) and coffee served from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. are delicious and highly recommended. My friend was very impressed with the sushi, which was made in the style of Temari. The three of us plan to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were a group of 6 friends using Yuzawa as a base for a week of skiing/snowboarding. The hotel was perfect, great service, everything was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, good quality

Rooms were traditional Japanese. The rooms were all very nicely set out and we had a great view of the mountain. Good facilities in the room, everything needed for your comfort. The Onsen was fabulous and as we were snowboarding they were useful to sooth

駅にとても近いのに、美味しいごはんと、温泉を堪能できる宿です。 ビュッフェで前半は混んでるとのことで後半にしましたが、前半の方のかたずけ 終わってからの入室で約束の時間ぴったりでした。 後半ほ確かに並ぶこともなく、ライブキッチンを楽しめました。 お部屋は、広めの和室。温泉の前に、お茶菓子とお茶を頂き、ゆっくりと温泉を楽しめました。温泉の後のワンドリンクサービスに間に合わなかったのは残念。 次回のおたのしみにしたいと思います。

母の足腰が弱くなったので思い切って露天風呂付きの部屋にしました。ですが 浴槽が深く母には入りにくかったので部屋のお風呂にしました。部屋のお風呂はタイルが滑って危なかったです。露天風呂は、私と息子で入りましたが最高でした！でも大浴場も良かったので今度泊まるなら露天風呂付きではなくて普通の部屋を予約しようと思います。

三世代で行ったので嗜好も違うため、バイキングは各自が好き好きで食べられてよかった。リニューアルされたお風呂が翌朝も入れたらなおよかった。

三世代グループでの宿泊でした。 『コロナ』で家に閉じ込められた孫らが、バイキング・温泉に、それに、花火・縁日・館内スタンプラリー（宿のサービス）に元気をもらい、非常に楽しく過ごせました。宿・スタッフの皆さんに感謝です。

バイキングは和洋中デザートどれも美味しいですが、和食が出色の出来です。 今まで懐石料理をやっていた腕のいい板前さんが料理の出し方をバイキング形式にしただけという感じです。 サザエのつぼ焼きを食べてみたら、つぼ焼きではなく、サザエの殻を使った土瓶蒸し風の料理でした。 中のダシ汁も具も最高に美味しかったです。 朝食ではその場で握ってくれるおにぎりですね。口の中でホロホロと崩れるくらいふんわりと握ってあります。 まさにゴッドハンドですね。

“Enjoy meals and hot springs”
I stayed at this hotel after climbing Mt. After checking in, we took a bath in the hot spring. The after-bath drink service was good. Nigiri-zushi for dinner and onigiri for breakfast were good. I bought some Uonuma Koshihikari with a block discount coupon. It was very tasty when I ate it at home. The next day we finished breakfast early and climbed Mt. Thank you for your hospitality.
